Venice: Emergency Crews Have Made '700 Rescues' Since Floods Hit City

Emergency crews in Venice, Italy, have dealt with at least 700 rescue requests since November 13, when a historic high tide brought flooding, authorities said on November 17.

The tides swelled again on November 15, impacting clean up efforts.
