Waterspout Spotted in North Carolina Beach Town

Video filmed near Emerald Isle, North Carolina, shows one of three waterspouts spotted along the state’s coastline on July 6.

WFMY News 2 reported that there was one on Oak Island, and two between Emerald Isle and Morehead City.

However "nobody was hurt and there was no damage” caused by the waterspouts despite busy beaches, they said.

Video uploaded by Brian Boyd shows a waterspout hanging in the air near a residential street, then dissipating.
