Police officers in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, joined their community for some fun in the snow on Sunday, January 29.

Footage from the Pleasant Prairie Police Department shows Officer Allison Gorman sitting on an inflatable ring being pushed down the sledding hill in Ingram Park.

The police department said: “Officer Gorman gave some advice to her fellow sledders. ‘When sledding, your hands can get very cold. To avoid frostbite, make sure to check them “inter-mittenly”’!”

The Pleasant Prairie community quickly got involved in the comments, with one person writing: “She was moving pretty good. I thought you may have to deploy the stop sticks,” and another adding: “Gateway to criminal activity; it’s a slippery slope.” Credit: Pleasant Prairie Police Department via Storyful
