Easy way to make homemade Spätzle (Egg Noodle), you can use them as a side dish or make a meal of them like Käsespätzle. Spätzle Ingredients: 400 gr Flour 3 Eggs Good Pinch of Salt 1 cup Whole Milk Combine all Spätzle Ingredients, mix to a smooth Batter. Rest the Batter while you bring a large Pot with Water to a boil, add a good Pinch of Salt. Push Batter (in batches) through back of a Grater or Spätzle Maker. Let it come up to a boil, stir. Remove from heat, drain of Water. Enjoy!
