Huge Alligator Takes Stroll on Florida Golf Course

As Chris Hulback was teeing off on the 10th hole at the Rotonda Golf and Country Club’s Palms course he spotted an unusual obstacle on the fairway, in the shape of a huge alligator strolling across.

“From the tee box I could see this very large alligator crossing from a pond on hole 11 back to hole 10,” Hulback, Rotonda West, Florida, told Storyful.

“It’s rare to see them anywhere but on the bank or in the water,” he said. “On top of this, a large tooth from another alligator is wedged in his upper jaw, which is no doubt indicating a battle during the start of mating season,” he added. Credit: Chris Hulback via Storyful
