Yahoo TV ICC Seeks Arrest Warrants for Netanyahu and Hamas Leaders

The chief prosecutor for the International Criminal Court (ICC) said on May 20 that he had applied for arrest warrants for Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and a number of Hamas leaders for war crimes committed in Gaza and Israel.
Karim Khan said there was reasonable grounds to believe that Netanyahu, his Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, as well as Hamas leaders Yahya Sinwar, Mohammed Diab Ibrahim Al-Masri, and Ismail Haniyeh, bore criminal responsibility for war crimes and crimes against humanity from at least October 7, 2023.
