As the myths on COVID-19 are circulating all around, WHO cleared one of them. COVID-19 is not airborne disease, confirmed World Health Organization. WHO informed that coronavirus is mainly transmitted through droplets generated when an infected person coughs, sneezes or speaks. The droplets of virus are too heavy to hang in air. They quickly fall on floors or surfaces. A person can be infected by virus if he is within 1 metre of an infected person, or by touching a contaminated surface and then touching eyes, nose or mouth before washing hands.
