A Blackpool Tower obsessed six-year-old has had his “dream come true” after becoming the attraction’s official voice. Superfan Charlie Barratt has been fascinated by the giant Tower for the last two years and has now recorded a special voice-over which will be played to visiting tourists. Charle’s new role came about after doing a project on the Lancashire seafront attraction at school, where teachers thought his own version of the lift commentary was so good, they sent it to the Tower’s bosses.
