Boris Johnson joins second 'Clap for Carers'

A second 'Clap for Carers' event has taken place across the UK, as people show their appreciation for healthcare workers with a round of applause at 8pm. Prime Minister Boris Johnson, who is currently self-isolating after testing positive for coronavirus and developing mild symptoms, joined in from Downing Street.

    They appreciate them because they have no PPE, a total failure to prepare this country for which the government was given almost 3 months notice of the situation in China. They knew what they were up against and what they would need.

    Instead the government did nothing and just lied about how prepared we were. Now they organise this stupid clapping nonsense to try and deflect their utter incompetence and the danger they have put the entire NHS in.
