Gove: Conservative is party of working people

Levelling Up Secretary Michael Gove says the Conservative Party has changed since Margaret Thatcher's reign and is now the party of "the working people". Speaking Newcastle where he signed a devolution deal, which he describes as a "vote of confidence in the North East", he admits more needed to be done in the region.
