Health Secretary says scientists job is to advise not decide

Health Secretary Sajid Javid says it is the job of scientists to "advise government" and the job of the government to decide. Dr Jenny Harries urged the UK to socialise only if necessary, but Javid says she "would be the first to admit" that government's make the decision.
