Shadow Immigration Minister Stephen Kinnock says it is "disgraceful" the prime minister appears to be caving in to Boris Johnson's honours list which reads as a "carousel of [his] cronies". However, he welcomed the possible by-elections that could be triggered as a result, vowing the seats to be won by Labour MPs.
