Labour: Govt 'as ever' behind the curve on Covid response

Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer lambasts the government for not acting quickly enough to bring in pre-departure Covid tests, saying "as ever they are behind the curve". He points out he "called upon" the government to do this last week and they delayed "as they always do".
