Prince Charles chose not to respond to a reporter’s question about his brother Prince Andrew, when asked during a visit to Scotland. It comes after Buckingham Palace announced on Thursday that the Duke of York will no longer use the style 'His Royal Highness’ in any official capacity. Prince Charles visited Haddo Country Park to view the devastation caused by Storm Arwen in late November and to meet individuals who supported local communities in the aftermath.
