William and Kate chat with paramedic's family on FaceTime

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have FaceTimed a paramedic's father in Bangladesh during a visit to an ambulance station in Newham, east London earlier today. William and Kate chatted with Jahrin Khan, as well as other staff members at Newham Ambulance Station about their experiences of working during one of the most challenging periods in the London Ambulance Service's history.
