Labour: Conservatives are picking fights with themselves

Labour's James Murray describes the government's plan to appear to be pro-motorist by criticising some 20mph zones as "pure hypocrisy" and "creating political dividing lines with themselves". The shadow financial secretary to the treasury says, “Conservative ministers are criticising 20mph zones and yet it is Conservative councils who are implementing that”.
