Flooding From Typhoon Vamco Displaces Thousands in Philippines

Metro Manila was hit by some of its worst flooding in years as Typhoon Vamco passed over the city and surrounding areas on November 11-12.

This footage of the storm’s aftermath was captured by Russ Nogaliza, in the Metro Manila district of Pasig City.

Some 350,000 people were forced from their homes across eight regions of the Philippines, news reports said, citing officials.
