Floodwaters Swamp Atlantic City During Ophelia Storm Surge

Storm surge from Tropical Storm Ophelia caused coastal flooding along the United States’ eastern seaboard on Saturday, September 23, after the storm made landfall in North Carolina earlier that morning.

Footage captured by Instagram user @thecozylifeac shows floodwaters outside their home in Atlantic City, New Jersey, on Saturday.
