Satellite Timelapse Shows Storm Swirl Toward US West Coast

A mass of swirling clouds headed toward the United States West Coast overnight into Tuesday, March 28, as a strong storm system moved into the region, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) said.

Satellite timelapse footage posted to Twitter shows the storm develop and sweep across parts of northern California, Oregon, and southern Washington state by Tuesday morning.
