Light Snow Showers Hit Minneapolis Area

Scattered snow showers hit the Minneapolis-Saint Paul metropolitan area on Tuesday morning, April 2, but were expected to change to rain in the afternoon before turning back to snow that night, according to the National Weather Service (NWS).

The weather service warned that visibility may be reduced, but said “little to no accumulation” was expected.
