Missing Boy Found Safe After 2-Hour Search at Oregon Mud Flats

A 10-year-old boy in Newport, Oregon, was found safe, two hours after he went missing on some mud flats on August 13, following a search operation involving multiple agencies, police said.

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office said they received an urgent call from the boy’s family in South Beach, who noticed within minutes that he was missing.
