Airbnb's pricing discount 'isn't what it used to be': Analyst

KeyBanc downgraded shares of Airbnb (ABNB) to "Sector Weight." KeyBanc Capital Markets Managing Director Justin Patterson tells Yahoo Finance Live that the pent-up demand from the pandemic is starting to wane. Patterson notes that consumers are "stretched" and the prices of average bookings on the site have not necessarily adjusted to new demand dynamics. In addition, Patterson says that when compared to the cost of a hotel, Airbnb's "pricing discount isn't what it used to be."
