On Wednesday, March 29, the Arvin City Council proposed a new law that would allow for physical dispensaries to open in Arvin. The council is set to vote on the ordinance April 11. 23ABC's Dominique LaVigne spoke with an Arvin-based cannabis retailer for their reaction.
