We are following up on a proposed ordinance before the Colorado Springs City Council. That pits growth versus the ability to provide enough water to sustain it. A special city council meeting was held tonight with the debate over the city annexing over three thousand acres of land southeast of the city known as the Amara development. Our Caroline Peters was at city hall for us tonight with more.
