David Shaw: 'It was time' to step away from Stanford football

David Shaw addressed the media after stepping down as Stanford football's head coach. Shaw led the Cardinal for 12 seasons, amassing 96 wins during his tenure, the ninth-most in Pac-12 history. In addition to guiding Stanford to three Rose Bowl Game appearances, Shaw is the only four-time Pac-12 Coach of the Year, having led the Cardinal to three conference titles.
