Emergency court motion filed to save home

A Baltimore woman filed an emergency motion in court in a last attempt to save her home. As the 11 News I-Team first reported on Friday, Deanna Woodward's home was sold at tax sale because of a water bill that wasn't paid five years ago. Unsure about the next steps, she filed an emergency motion for a temporary restraining order in hopes it will save her family home. Last week, a sheriff's deputy and the new owner of the home arrived to evict Woodward and her 10-year-old son, Liam. Her attorney tried to stop the process then, but a judge allowed it to proceed.
