CNN reports that Netflix has officially green lit a second season of the wildly popular 'Squid Games'. In a letter to fans, director, writer and executive producer of the show Hwang Dong-hyuk wrote. "And now, Gi-hun returns. The Front Man returns. Season 2 is coming.", The show revolves around desperate contestants competing in deadly versions of children's games for cash prizes. 'Squid Games' main protagonist is Seong Gi-Hun, a divorced gambler in desperate need of money. CNN reports that 'Squid Game' is responsible for Netflix's "biggest-ever series at launch".
