NCA: Drug taking has to be viewed like not wearing seat belt

Director of Threat Leadership at the National Crime Agency Chris Farrimond believes treatment of casual drug taking needs get to a point where it is as socially unacceptable as not wearing a seat belt or smoking indoors. He says they need to "educate the population" about the impact of drug supply to create "peer pressure" which will force behaviour change.
