Bolivia releases condor into the wild

The approximately five-year-old animal was found weak, malnourished, and unable to fly in November last year in the Municipality of Huancapampa, close to Bolivia's capital La Paz.

Veterinarians at the Vesty Pakos Biopark helped the condor to recover, later release him into its natural habitat.

Authorities equipped the condor with a GPS device to track its movements in the future.
