Vegas-based food truck Dragon Grille parked outside Desert Spring Hospital on Tuesday, October 2, cooking up free meals for medical staff and those affected by the Mandalay Bay shooting.

The Korean-American fusion food truck collaborated with seafood restaurant Cousins Maine Lobster, serving food to doctors and nurses who had been working non-stop since the shooting on October 1. According to Fox 5 Vegas, Desert Springs took in 105 patients that night.

The day before, the truck was serving food to staff and those affected at University Medical Center and Valley Hospital.

The video posted onto Dragon Grille’s Facebook page shows the inside of the truck, where the food was being prepared, and a line of people waiting to order outside. “We just came over here to help, serve food, and show support,” the video voiceover is heard to say. “Vegas strong.” Credit: Facebook/Dragon Grille via Storyful
