Governor Mike DeWine Welcomes Pfizer Vaccines at Ohio Hospital

Ohio continued its rollout of Pfizer-BioNTech coronavirus vaccines Tuesday morning, December 15, the second day of vaccinations of health care workers in the state.

Gov Mike DeWine shared this video on Tuesday morning as he and his wife Fran welcomed a shipment of vaccines at Mercy Health’s Springfield Regional Medical Center. DeWine said the Springfield hospital was one of “several” across the state receiving vaccines Tuesday.

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus and UC Health in Cincinnati had received vaccines on Monday, officials said.
