Heavy Rain Leaves North Carolina Countryside Flooded

Heavy rain saw flooding affect areas in Greensboro, North Carolina, and surrounding areas on December 14.

Wesley Grimes from Oak Ridge, in Guilford County, which is less than a 30-minute drive from Greensboro, surveyed the effects in his locality, sharing footage to Twitter.

Grimes said the footage, which shows flooded countryside, was taken along Alcorn Road between Oak Ridge and Greensboro, adding that the water was a result of the nearby Beaver Creek flooding. Credit: Wesley Grimes via Storyful
