Volcanic activity continued at Hawaii’s Kilauea volcano early on Wednesday, June 14, video from the United States Geological Survey (USGS) shows.

This footage was streamed just before 6 am on Wednesday morning. Eruptions began on June 7, with volcanic activity confined to the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, according to the state’s Emergency Management Agency (EMA).

The USGS warned of potential hazards due to the eruption, including volcanic gas and smog, which could negatively impact air quality.

Visitors were flocking to the park to watch the eruption, according to park officials, who advised people to visit in the evening to avoid long lines.
