4-year-old girl rescued from building ledge in China

A dramatic video has emerged from China of a young girl being rescued from an air conditioning unit on the outside of a building. In the footage, captured in Jiangsu Province late last month, the four-year-old girl can be seen standing on the unit and holding onto railings after she climbed out of an apartment window. Fortunately, firefighters managed to rescue the child, who survived the ordeal without any injuries. According to local news reports, the girl’s mother had left her at home while she went out shopping.
