STORY: In Shenzhen, a city in Guangdong province, footage released on Monday showed a large crowd of people breaking down and trampling barriers that contained them to a restricted area.

Reuters was able to verify the location of the videos by matching the features of the buildings in the videos with Street View on Baidu. Reuters was not able to independently confirm the date on which the videos were filmed.
