Yahoo TV Indian festival celebrated with chariots and music

STORY: Devotees dressed in traditional attires played instruments, danced, and soaked in the festive spirits as they came out on the streets with chariots in Chennai and Coimbatore cities to mark the special occasion.
Mahavira was the 24th and the last Jain preacher. His followers believe that his teachings on tolerance, non-violence and brotherhood are even more relevant in the violence-ridden world of today than ever before.
