Russia 'breaking promises' on Ukraine grain - Blinken

STORY: Speaking at a news conference at the end of the Group of Seven (G7) foreign ministers meeting in Karuizawa, Japan, Blinken said: "For the last few days, no ships have gotten out of Ukraine, and more than 50 have been blocked from going in to load up. Countries around the world depend on this life-saving grain."

Some Black Sea ports were blocked after Russia's invasion of Ukraine began last year and logistical bottlenecks trapped large quantities of Ukrainian grain.
