Ukraine's Lviv mourns victim of Russian missile attack

STORY: Yuri Kushnir, 38, was among the seven killed by Russian missiles on Monday (April 18), the first civilian victims in the western city about 60 km (40 miles) from Poland. Yuri worked at a car service station that was hit in Monday’s attack. Lviv's mayor said the attacks damaged civilian infrastructure, houses and a school.

Funeral attendees walked along in a procession before Kushnir’s coffin was lowered and buried.

Pushed back by resistance in the north, Moscow has refocused its attacks in the two eastern provinces known as the Donbas, while launching long-distance strikes at other targets, including the capital, Kyiv.
