Footage filmed on August 9 appears to show ambulances with patients queuing up outside Derriford Hospital in Plymouth, southwest England. The person who captured this video claims to have seen patients in the ambulances that had their rear doors facing the road. He said: "They were there for at least an hour while I was in the hospital". Back in July, Plymouth Live reported that hundreds of patients waited for more than 12 hours in A&E for a bed and that many others were left in ambulances outside the hospital.
