Climate activists scaled more than 18 metres up a government building in central London this morning (October 26) in a protest against subsidies for the meat and dairy industry.
Four campaigners from the Animal Rebellion group used ropes and ladders to make their way up the Home Office building in Marsham Street.
There were no arrests, police said.
Animal Rebellion says it is demanding an end to subsidies for meat and dairy farming and a shift to a "plant-based future."
UN experts say switching to a plant-based diet can help fight climate change.
They say that more people could be fed using less land if individuals cut down on eating meat.
