A doctor removes a giant cockroach from a man's ear in Bac Kan, Vietnam. The man was sleeping when he felt something getting inside his ear and rushed to the hospital in pain. He didn't know what it was, but his ear was terribly aching. The footage shows the doctor using an endoscope and the giant cockroach moving inside the ear canal. He uses forceps to gently remove the insect. The patient was surprised when he discovered that the cockroach was the cause of his terrible pain. Perhaps, as the doctor said, the insect saw in the man's ear a good cave where it could hide. The man reported a few scratches and had to take medication for a few days. The doctor advised the man to deeply clean the bedroom area. This footage was filmed with the patient's permission.
