Thursday is set to be another big day on Wall Street. As the trading day begins, here are three things investors should know.

Nvidia's (NVDA) market cap topped $3 trillion, surpassing Apple (AAPL) to become the second-most valuable company in the US.

The European Central Bank cut interest rates for the first time since September 2019. The ECB cut rates from 4% to 3.75%.

Shares of Lululemon Athletica (LULU) are jumping in premarket trading. The retailer posted better-than-expected Q1 earnings, raised its full-year profit guidance, and increased its stock buyback program by $1 billion.
