Artificial intelligence leader OpenAI has approached White House officials with a proposal for data center expansion. According to the report from Bloomberg, the company is advocating for the construction of large data centers, each with a capacity of up to five gigawatts. A single five-gigawatt data center would be able to power nearly three million homes.
