Police Release Surveillance Video of Northeast Philadelphia Looting

Police released a video of a group of people who smashed their way into a store and took several items in Northeast Philadelphia on Tuesday night, September 26.

The footage, recorded by PC Richard & Son surveillance cameras, showed a group of people smashing the glass doors with hammers before entering the store and making off with items, including televisions.

The Philadelphia Police Department, which published the video on their official X (formerly Twitter) page, wrote: “Northeast Detective Division is seeking the public’s help identifying the individuals seen in the following video clips. They smashed the glass of the front doors and forced entry into the PC Richard & Son at 2420 Cottman Ave. Taken was various merchandise.”
