College costs: Expert says these schools provide the best value

Going to college is expensive, but they're schools that will give you a better bang for your buck. The Princeton Review Editor-in-Chief Robert Franek joins Yahoo Finance Live to give his firm's rankings of best value colleges for return on investment. When pressed on how the firm came to these rankings, Franek explains, "we try to assess the career development and career resource centers that students will have, not just in their senior year, but their first year to senior year."
