Bankrrupt crypto exchange FTX is moving forward with a lawsuit against Sam Bankman-Fried's parents - Stanford Law professors Joe Bankman and Barbara Fried - alleging they used the company to enrich themselves. Some of the claims levied against the parents include fraudulent money transfers, disallowance of claims, and aiding & abetting fiduciary duty breaches.
