STORY: The heir to the throne was given a tour of the facility as employees explained a number of services the company provides including WhatsApp's Chatbot feature as well as a dive into virtual reality.

Charles was also shown the capabilities of virtual reality as an employee demonstrated his immersive experience in a virtual replication of famous Peruvian heritage site Machu Picchu.

The visit concluded with the official unveiling which was done with an animated plaque on a large screen.
