STORY: Felton said the comments this past earnings season from companies "gives us great expectation for an earnings recovery to the positive side of growth in the back half of this year, which is positive for the markets."

She added "what we found encouraging in that was that companies were talking about continued pricing power. They talked a lot about continued demand and we also know that net profit margins stayed above average. They actually took it back up to about 11 1/2%."
