The footage, captured by a witness from a building overlooking the incident, shows two couples having a heated argument after one driver alleged the other ‘stole’ their parking space. A woman in a black jacket can be seen walking away from the argument, laughing, before returning to the parked car and scratching her key along its side. The dispute happened in a busy shopping district during the French winter sales.
