Russian Soldiers Return Home After Prisoner Swap With Ukraine

95 Russian prisoners of war were en route to Moscow on Wednesday, July 17, following a swap with Ukraine for the same number of Ukrainian soldiers, Russia’s defense ministry said.

Footage shows the returning soldiers being transported on buses at an undisclosed location. They were taken to Moscow for medical treatment and rehabilitation, the defense ministry said.

Other footage posted later in the day shows soldiers disembarking from a plane.
